About me
Hi there! I'm Simone!
I’m a Game and Level Designer with a player centric approach and a passion for spreadsheets. I blend data and feedback to create the best possible experience for the player.
I have a lifelong love for games and theatre. I’ve been performing since I was 4, acting taught me how to be collaborative and find creative solutions when under pressure.
After working in the hospitality industry for 4 years, I decided to channel my passions for games and creating, it led me to getting my 3 years in Game Design education at AIV (Accademia Italiana Videogiochi) and ultimately here.
Mistakes, different experiences and different people brought me where I am, that's why I firmly believe in failing forward and failing fast and that no single person can reach the heights that a well coordinated and harmonious team can.
What I bring to a team is a positive attitude aimed at identifying and solving problems without pointing the finger. I always do my best to boost the team's morale and I aim to work smarter by finding the right tool to execute a task.
